Email that's unmistakably yours.
MailSequoia sends your email under your own name, brings the replies back to you, and keeps your list fresh as you go. You write. We take care of the rest.
- Day one. We set everything up for you.
- Sent as you. Every email carries your own name and address.
- A dead address. We stop writing to it, and the tree grows on.
- A reply. It comes straight back to you.
- Today's ring. Each day of email is counted for you.
Six things we take care of.
Newsletters, announcements, a thank-you, a reminder: whatever you send, MailSequoia makes sure it goes out properly and that the answers find their way back to you.
-
Your name on every email
Your email goes out under your own name and address, so the people you write to know it is really you.
-
A setup that is only yours
Every customer gets a place of their own with us, prepared for them alone.
-
Replies that find you
When someone answers your email, their reply comes back to you, so the conversation can carry on.
-
A list that tidies itself
When an address stops working, or someone marks your email as unwanted, we stop sending to it. You do not have to remember.
-
A count for every day
See how many emails you sent each day, so a busy week or an odd spike is easy to spot.
-
Set up for you
Tell us about your business and we get everything ready in one go, then guide you through the little that is left on your side.
Every business gets a tree of its own.
You are not one face in a crowd here. Your business has its own place with us, the way each tree in a grove wears its own tag.
It keeps things simple. What is set up for you belongs to you, and a change made for someone else never touches it.
Up and running in four steps.
-
Say hello
Write to us with who you are, the kind of email you send and about how much. MailSequoia is invite-only for now.
-
We set you up
We get everything ready in one go and send you a short welcome guide, written for you.
-
A quick check
We make sure everything is working as it should, and tell you the moment you are ready.
-
Send, and hear back
Your email goes out under your name. Replies come back to you, and each day is counted.
A core sample of your sending.
Foresters read a tree's history from a thin core of wood: wide bands for good years, narrow ones for lean years.
Your daily count works the same way. One band per day, so a quiet weekend, a busy Tuesday and an odd spike are all easy to see.
Short rules, kept.
Email is only worth sending if people can trust it. Everyone who sends through MailSequoia agrees to the same few rules.
- Follow the CAN-SPAM Act and any other law that applies to your email.
- Say truthfully who is sending, and what the email is about.
- When someone opts out, stop emailing them promptly.
- Take addresses that no longer work off your lists.
- Send nothing deceptive and nothing illegal.
Plant your first seed.
MailSequoia is invite-only for now, and there is no sign-up form yet. Send us a short note: who you are, what kind of email you send, and roughly how much.
